I will not ship any items if I have not recieved the money. That is why I need you to tell me when you have sent the money through US mail. Also, if you purchase that way and not through paypal: the item that you purchased will be placed on hold for 10 days and 10 days only. If I do not recieve your money by then the item will be placed back on sale and an e-mail will be sent to you explaining the situation. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF YOUR MONEY IN THAT SITUATION, but just incase I do recieve your money later on I will, in the best way possible, either make a new item for you to purchase or send you the money back.
1 The item that we sent you is clearly not the item you purchased. This can be checked by making a comparison of a picture of the item we sent to you, provided by you (through e-mail) and us verifying if it was item displayed in this store (in this case the item is not redeemable for money but for exchange); or
2 The item we sent you has damage that was evidently not caused during the shipment of the item. For this we need you to e-mail us a picture of the damage. Even then the item can only be returned for repairs and at your expense (you will have to pay for the shipment of the item to us. We will pay for it to be shipped back to you once we have fixed the item)
Please be advised that if you, for any reason, mail a product back without notifying us through e-mail that you are planning on sending the item back, no matter why you are planning to do so, we WILL NOT return, exchange, or refund the item. If you send it to us without prior notification the item will be resold.

First of all, welcome to the store. This store is owned by me, Gabriela Oyarzun (aka GabO or Gabo-the-baka). All the jewlery sold here is handmade by me, my mother, and my grandmother. Each one of us takes and extreme care in every piece that we do and we work only with top wuality materials.ARTISTS

My grandma. Its weird calling her by her nickname ;;^_^....Well she knows ALOT about necklace making. She has taken various classes and can make stunning necklaces and bracelets. She refuses to work with anything thats low quality and can work days on one necklace so that it looks perfect. The shipping is paid by the person making the purchase and it is not included in the item price because I have a set shiping. This means the shipping price changes with the total ammount of the purchase. The following is a table with the fixed shipping ratesAreas

Returns

All the materials (beads or products) used in the creation of the jewlery will be named. Some of the items cannot be named because we lose the packaging it came in. In that case I will try to describe the item to the best of my ability.
